New Corporate Image for Chemostrat

Chemostrat, a Welshpool-based company with offices in the USA and Australia, has recently launched a new corporate image in a bid to create a more recognisable and stronger brand in the global market.

Word leaders and pioneers in the process of Chemostratigraphy, a service to the oil and gas industry, Chemostrat has been working with Shropshire-based graphic design and marketing agency Hunter Bevan to revitalise the design elements of their brand and create a new website, a range of printed marketing materials targeted to global geographical markets and exhibition stands which will be implemented worldwide.

Chemostrat director, Eddie Merrick, says, “As an integral part of our ambitious growth plans for the next three years, we recognised that our brand needed to evolve in line with the aspirations of the company. We’ve been able to develop a stronger new identity and the building blocks of the brand will communicate our message effectively to clients worldwide.”

Part of the rebranding process has involved the development of colour coded hexagons featuring icons that will be regognisable to geologists and client markets, symbolising the wide range of services the company now offers, in addition to it’s core service of chemostratigraphy.

In addition to the visual elements of the brand, Chemostrat are strengthening their overall marketing strategy including social media channels and email marketing, to educate existing and new clients as to the full range of services they offer.

The firm is currently expanding and doubling their laboratory and office space in Welshpool, at the town’s Buttington Enterprise Park.
